As our Online Submissions system is currently
unavailable, you may download the Building Regulations forms from
this website and email your forms, drawings and any
calculations to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once received, we will then reply within 24 hours confirming
the Building Control charge for the works, together with

Additional Information - Please read
Only certain files can be uploaded
using email submissions. PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF and DOC formats
are acceptable. CAD formats are not acceptable. Should drawings be
designed in CAD, we recommend you alter the format into a PDF
Resubmission applications cannot be
made using the online application system.
Partnership Applications are not
acceptable through our online forms. Further information with
regard to Partnership Applications is available from our
administration team on 01442 228587.
The temporary email application
route is for Building Regulations Applications only and
must not be used for Planning Applications. For further information
on online planning applications, visit the Planning Department webpages.
