Local community and voluntary organisations in Dacorum are invited to apply for the second round of our Community Grant Scheme, which is now open until 31 October 2024.

The Community Grant Scheme has been awarding grants to Dacorum community and voluntary organisations for more than 10 years, and has two sources of funding available. The Small Grants fund is for awards up to £550, and the Community Grant fund makes awards up to £4,000.

The Community Grant Scheme’s funds are made available in rounds, three times a year. In the previous funding round during spring 2024, more than £30,000 was awarded to community, voluntary, arts and sporting projects for the benefit of Dacorum residents.

Any community or voluntary organisation in Dacorum can apply, as long as they meet the grant criteria. We are particularly interested in new projects that benefit the Dacorum community and can demonstrate significant partnership working with other community or voluntary organisations, and have funding from a variety of sources. All applications are made via our online application portal.
