A great working environment

Based in the heart of Hemel Hempstead, the Forum offers our employees a modern, state of the art building, which provides a safe and inspiring place to work.

The open plan offices and central atrium provide a light and spacious working environment for all to enjoy.

The building has been planned to deliver a comfortable temperature all year round and has shower and wash room facilities for those cycling to work, or exercising during the day.

The Forum is also home to Hemel Hempstead Library, the Register Office, voluntary sector partners including Citizens Advice and a central café, making it a great place for the whole community to come together.

Our values

We have a clear set of values that are fundamental to who we are and how we behave. These behaviours help us deliver on our priorities as well as guiding the recruitment and training of the staff who work for us.

Be reliable

We do what we say we will, when we say we will.

Take responsibility

We don’t just see ourselves as responsible for what is on our plate, we seek clarity on what is in our remit and then do it without referring to our manager.

Be positive

We praise colleagues for a job well done, in public. We ask the question: “Can it be done better or differently?”

Work with others to deliver a great service

We actively seek to work with colleagues to get the best results for our customers. We make ourselves available to others, when asked to share ideas, provide help or work on common goals. We ask: “Who else do we need to talk to about this, who else needs to know?”
