About Clean, Safe and Green
Our Clean, Safe and Green department is made up of a number of different teams: Clean, Safe and Green, Parks and Open Spaces, Trees and Woodlands, and Countryside Access and Rights of Way. These teams work together to maintain the outdoor spaces in the borough and ensure a pleasant environment for our residents.

You can report any of the following problems on this website:

- Damaged street nameplates

Our award-winning parks
We have six parks that have been awarded Green Flag status - the national standard of excellence for parks. We also have two areas that have become Queen Elizabeth II Fields in Trust, allowing them to stay as green spaces forever.

Hertfordshire County Council services
There are a number of services which are provided on our behalf by Hertfordshire County Council. Please see the list of links below:

- Highways maintenance - includes repairs, road markings, traffic management, footpath orders, potholes, pavement repairs, blocked pavements and dropped kerbs.
