Applying to operate a fair
Anyone wishing to apply operate a fair on Council-owned land is required to give us notice prior to the holding of event. We require a minimum of six weeks’ notice.
We will need to inspect the fair operator’s public liability certificates and the equipment’s operational compliance certificate, risk and method statements for the set up and operation of the equipment before permission is granted for the fair to operate.
