Anti-social behaviour case review
An anti-social behaviour case review (previously known as the Community Trigger) gives victims and communities a say in the way persistent anti-social behaviour (ASB) is dealt with. If you are experiencing repeat ASB and aren't satisfied with the response or action taken, you can request a case review.
When to use the case review
Anyone who has reported three incidents of anti-social behaviour in the past six months (within a month of them happening) to us, the police or a social housing provider can request an ASB case review.
You can also request a case review on behalf of a victim. The victim must provide their written consent.
You should not use the ASB case review to complain about how an organisation has dealt with your case or report new cases of anti-social behaviour. To make a complaint, contact the relevant organisation and ask for details of their complaint procedures.
