Armed Forces Day - Saturday 29 June 2024

Join us for a heartfelt community celebration commemorating the 80th anniversary of D-Day while paying tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of our Armed Forces. This event, generously supported by local businesses, promises a meaningful and engaging experience for attendees of all ages.

Event highlights

• Live entertainment from the Glenn Miller Orchestra
• Children's activities, including games and face painting
• A variety of food and refreshments provided by local vendors
• Community engagement opportunities with information stalls and displays

Sponsorship packages

1. Title sponsorship (£2,000)

• Exclusive recognition as the title sponsor of the event
• Logo placement on all promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and banners
• Acknowledgment in press releases, media coverage, and social media posts
• Opportunity to display promotional materials and engage with attendees at the event
• Recognition during opening and closing remarks.

2. Activity sponsorships (£500 each - four available)

• Sponsorship of specific activities such as the film festival, family fun zone, live demonstrations or fly a flag ceremony
• Logo placement on signage and promotional materials related to the sponsored activity
• Verbal acknowledgment of sponsorship during the sponsored activity
• Opportunity to distribute branded promotional materials or samples at the sponsored activity.

3. Exhibit sponsorship (£750)

• Sponsorship of the educational exhibits and presentations
• Logo placement on exhibit signage and promotional materials
• Opportunity to provide branded materials or information for inclusion in the exhibits
• Recognition during announcements related to the exhibits.

4. Community engagement sponsorship (£750)

• Sponsorship focused on community engagement initiatives such as the Armed Forces charity drive or volunteer recognition
• Logo placement on signage and materials related to community engagement activities
• Opportunity to participate in charity drive activities and engage with attendees
• Recognition during announcements related to community engagement efforts.

5. Supporting sponsorships (£250 each - four available)

• Sponsorship recognition in event materials and signage
• Opportunity to display company logo on event website and social media platforms
• Verbal acknowledgment during the event's opening or closing remarks.
